Future Smartphones From Samsung And Apple Could Be HzO Waterproof

We’ve seen Liquipel, a sort of coating that makes your phone waterproof, now here is something similar called HzO that appears to use similar technology to get the job done by the looks of things. The company behind HzO, ZAGG, have spoken to Samsung and are planning to have words with Apple on incorporating HzO in future devices.

Unlike Liquipel where the coating is delivered after the device has been manufactured, HzO takes things a step further by slapping this bad boy on during the manufacturing process, which should be more reliable than Liquipel’s own implementation. The company said Samsung was very excited about the prospects of making its new smartphones waterproof, so we could be hearing about an early phase of deal in the making between Samsung and ZAGG.

Have a look at the videos below to have a greater understanding how HzO actually works.
