BlackBerry Porsche Exclusive To Harrods In London, £1275 Price Tag

I’m no big fan of the BlackBerry line of smartphones, heck, I’m downright not a fan in every meaning of the word, but if I could get my hands on this particular Berry, I’d be a happy camper.

Ever heard of the BlackBerry Porsche? Probably not. RIM and Porsche came together to make a phone that promises to burn a huge hole in your pocket if you so desire to acquire one. The design is stylish, one of the best we’ve seen in recent years but the £1275 price tag when this bad boy hits retail would turn off even the most die hard of BlackBerry fanboys. We understand that Harrods, a department store in London, England, will be selling the Porsche exclusively for god knows how long, and if you are in the states, you’ll best be praying the BlackBerry Porsche makes a debut there.

You might be wondering, what comes under the hood of this Porsche thing, well, nothing special. The most unique feature is the exclusive PIN that allows you to tell if someone on your BB thingy is also using a Porsche, although I’m not sure how exactly such a feature is helpful. It will also boast a 1.2GHz processor, 512MB RAM, HD video recording camera, 8GB internal memory, NFC, and BlackBerry OS 7.

After evaluating the specs here, I take back my above comment, I’ll never buy this piece of garbage even if I could.
