Future Smartphones From Samsung And Apple Could Be HzO Waterproof

We’ve seen Liquipel, a sort of coating that makes your phone waterproof, now here is something similar called HzO that appears to use similar technology to get the job done by the looks of things. The company behind HzO, ZAGG, have spoken to Samsung and are planning to have words with Apple on incorporating HzO in future devices.

Apple has become the 8th most valuable brand in the world according to Interbrand’s Best Global Brands of 2011 report. The Cupertino giant didn’t just climb up the chart, it flew from nine places down to capture the number eight spot, which is seen as impressive by most pundits in the business.

Google Testing New User Interface For Tablet Devices, Looks Slick

Google is testing something new and interesting with Google Image Search, and we dig the idea. The plan is to bring to the table a new UI that is friendly for tablets and other touchscreen devices, and since touchy feely devices are slowly becoming the norm, we welcome this move by the big G. From what we can tell, the design looks pretty slick, hopefully it is user friendly and a not a total head case.
