RIM Updates OS 7 Devices To BlackBerry App World 3.0

For those who download a lot of applications for their BlackBerry device running OS 7, you should be in high spirits today. RIM popped an update specifically for users with OS 7 devices. This update brings to the table the new BlackBerry App World 3.0 service that was previous in beta.
The updated service brings a redesigned hub, the ability to share apps, MyWorld folder to keep up-to-date with your previous downloads and more. While this is a compelling release for RIM, what people want are those new phones with QNX instead of this thing. It is still a good move to support the current models, but we doubt it will accomplish much.
If you have a BlackBerry handset with OS 7 and got a hold of the new update, tell us what you think in the comments below.
