How to Manage Memory in Android 4.0

Here is video by Brandon Miniman from Pocketnow.com which show you how to manage memory in Android Ice Cream Sandwich.

Android has always done a really good job at managing background tasks and processes as to not cause system slowness and poor battery life. However, if you’re a power user, you might like to manage your apps with a task manager, anyhow. There are a lot of popular third-party task killers available in the Android market, but Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich has its own task killer built in: the multitask UI. To clear a cached process, just swipe an app out of the multitask UI. This will only clear cached processes and not running services. For running services, you’ll need to either force close an app to get it out of RAM, or use a third party task killer such as Advanced Task Killer.
