Splendid news for all Windows Phone users along with those on the fence. Dual core chipsets and 4G LTE is in the pipeline for the platform, but will not blend in until performance and battery life issues have been ironed out. This was confirmed by Andy Lee, Microsoft’s smartphone chief, so hopefully all this good news won’t take too long to become reality.
Sad news for Microsoft and Windows Phone. We are hearing that Dell have abolished all plans for releasing Windows Phone 7.5 Mango devices, and would therefore focus on future handsets running the next version of Windows Phone, called Apollo. This doesn’t seem to be a Windows Phone issue, however. Our investigation shows that Dell plans to decrease its line of Android devices, which kind of proves that there are some internal problems going on that we do not yet know about.
Sony Ericsson CEO, Bert Nordberg, claimed that he is quite curious about Windows Phone, yet, he believes the platform is not better than Android. Right then and there we have to disagree with Mr Nordberg, and come out with fighting words to prove him wrong. I mean, to think even though Sony Ericsson is using Android, yet the company finds it difficult to hit the golden years again.
This is a game I’ve been playing none stop for the past week, it is that addictive. Fastball 2 is all about precision and the speed of your thumb when the levels get more complicated and you begin to find yourself falling too many times to count. In the first set of levels, Fastball 2 won’t be that much of a challenge, but as it rises, you’ll be ripping your hair out in frustration, but you will still come back for more.
With the leaking of the Nokia Sabre, It was only a matter of time before another Nokia Windows Phone handset was made known to the Windows Phone fraternity. Out of the depths of Mr Rumor’s nostril, comes the Nokia Ace, Windows Phone 7.5 device, the one phone to rule them all.
We have been waiting patiently for Nokia’s first Windows Phone based smartphone, along with more information about other devices apart from the SeaRay. Imagine how psyched we were when Microsoft Canada leaked the name of certain Nokia Sabre.

The much anticipated messaging application that is considered by some as the app to put BBM into its final resting place, is finally available for Windows Phone 7.5, Mango. WhatsApp is a multiplatform messaging platform which allows you to exchange messages without paying for SMS, much like BBM.
And so the stupidity begins at Microsoft, took them long enough. The Windows Phone team had been doing an exceptional job since the first set of devices launched in 2010, but nothing last forever as the saying goes. Joe Marini, Windows Phone team manager, just got booted from Microsoft for chit chatting away on Twitter about Nokia’s unreleased Windows Phone 7.5 Mango handset.
