Details of the T-Mobile MDA Vario have just emerged, and if you're new to the game, here's the buzz: a 200MHz TI OMAP 850 CPU, 64MB RAM, 128MB ROM, quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE support, Bluetooth, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, Infrared, a 1.3MP camera, a 2.8" QVGA (240 x 320) 65,536-colour screen, and Windows Mobile 5.0. The device will be selling for €469, with the release expected on October 9 (looks like T-Mobile USA customers will have to wait again - bummer!).
