Yes it has a graphics card but Core Player or TCPMP does not work on it! The battery life is dubious and my 2G micro SD card works only sometimes. I wished I never bought a flame. This is more like an ember. MAJOR LET DOWN!

Screen Resolution of 640x480, I view full page when surfing the internet or look at my local Pocket PC document. I can view the Graphic Chart by Yahoo Finance for better investment decision. Battery life short, waiting for O2 new battery.

640x480 Screen Resolution is like a 14" monitor. So for only Dopod U1000 can compete. Apple iPhone 480x320, other PPC only has 320x240. This is the MAIN REASON I buy O2 Xda Flame. When I travel, I need to access to my email, surf internet, look at my document in full page, present by Power Point presentation to customers. It could attach to a TV for Power Point Presentation. I could take photo for sample products in China. Even though it is a bit bigger, but no choice in order to view bigger document.

i am thinking of buying the flame, so far the comments i have read on this site have been very discouraging. my attraction to the flame includes the cpu blazing speed, massive screen size and resolution and the RAM and ROM size. does any one know if there will be any ROM upgrade in future and if its worth paying for the price.

i have had mine for about three days and have no complaint other than battery life. but power comes at a price. i have ordered a double strenght battery to over come the one weakness i have. love the screen resolution and clarity. phone works great in my area, even when showing no signal. a big plus for me. the camera is awsome. takes really clear photos and is fast. after i have had the flame for a longer period i will post a better review.

Can anyone tell me how to install Thai Language on device? I bought in USA moved to Thailand because phone supported in Asia only...per my warranty. So far customer service here sucks. I had battery problems right as flight landed in Bangkok, all customer service wants to do is have me logon and do testing. I have done this a total of eight times. From a fully charged battery I cannot get through test program, it dies...dead battery. I was under warranty when this started. After their 25 emails my warranty expired they know it and have done nothing. Phone WAS GREAT.... CUSTOMER SERVICE is the worst I have ever experienced, I was a Customer Service Rep for 35 yrs, I would have been fired 34.9 years ago if I treated or responded to customers the way they have
