Here is one video that after the iPhone fever these days will interest any Pocket PC user. It shows Custom iPhone-like interface running on a Eten M600 Pocket PC. It's impressive to see what this guy has created, although we'll never see it released in any wide way because of what Apple's lawyers would do this this guy if they caught him.
