Just like Kafa my phone freezes also but it only makes it to the T-mobile part when you first power up your phone. If anyone has any information on this please e-mail me at Mstokes90@gmail.com

If anyone is having problems with the dash freezin, heres what you should do: Hold the two soft buttons and the power button down at the same time, and that will master reset the phone but you will loose all of your data.

the down button on my dash is non responsive. how do i fix this??

I must messup something on my Dash, the Alt and CAP keys are not responding... and the auto complete is gone. please advice. thanks

For some reason my dash phone is not working when it comes to phone calls. The people on the other line cant hear me but i can hear them!! and i'm sure that its not my line. because it has been going on like this for quite sometime now!! in fact it just gotten worse. they cant hear me talking at all!! whats wrong with it?? can somebody help me?? please!!

my dash also freezes on the 2nd white tmobile screen. idk y, my friend put his sim card an memory card in it an it happens ever since...help??

for all of you who have dash software issues,or it is running too slow all you need is a software update and or you need to reset your dash back to factory specs. If your dash has hardware problems you need to swap out the damaged parts with parts from another phone. If you need repair tools or a kit head on over to ebay or shoot me a line and I will tell you where to get the parts. Repair kits cost around $7.00 spare parts range between $20-$70 depending on whether you just need just a battery, LCD screen or the whole phone.

i need to fix my dash and all that pops up is this windows mobile so how do i fix it

My dash lasts anywhere from 2 - 4 minutes before it shuts down. The state of charge seems to make no difference. During the brief window that it is alive, can I download my calendar and contacts? Also, how can I fix this thing? My warranty ran out in Feb and the Team Mobile store said I was SOL.

My MENU button stopped working on my Dash. I got a new phone, but they seem to be in the old phone's memory, as when I unplug the SIM, they are still there. How do I get the MMS (picturemail) pictures off the old phone? The MENU button is what is used to SAVE or FWD them. HELP!!!
