I tried to upgrade my i600 and it wont take my software version number. It also says incorrect software version.. Any one can help..

Again another South African here, I must agree, really bloody irritating that there's no WM6 Crossbow Update that comes in English, this can't be right?! Someone email this thread to Samsung... I also tried the 'update' thing on the Samsung website and wouldn't take my version number either... I own i600 with W5; I need its upgradation to Windows 6. From one site I followed the instructions but when the mobile was put into flash mode the USB connection is nomore recognized thereby stalling further progress. Tried several times, but no change. If anyone solves this problem, I'll be grateful.
