HTC announces officialy HTC TyTN II

FYI, TYTN II is going to be available on Sep 15th. in Europe at a price approx. 650 eur + VAT. What is unclear though is whether it is going to have the TouchFLO technology or not. Some review sites say it will but the official announcement does not make any comment on this. Any good info on this?
