I bought one new Imate Jama 101. unfortunately all softwares are erased and the phone is set on default mode. Only base sotwares are in. I can still use the phone but Please tell me how to restore lost softwares.

can anyone help me plz ? my battery was empty when my jama 101 turned off , so i put it on the charger and turn it on , i usualy put a security code to enter , but its always saying that the password in incorrect , i tried it many times , till i get a message that i cant enter my cell and only can do emerhecy calls , what can i do ?
