The Sony Ericsson G700 is a new Symbian UIQ Smartphone that offers a conservative look with some nice features. Starting with the display the G700 features a 2.4" 262K-color QVGA TFT touchscreen while the size of the Sony Ericsson G700 comes in at a very manageable 106 x 49 x 13 mm and a light weight design with an overall weight of 99 g.
The unit is a tri-band handset that also features 3G high speed internet connectivity along with Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP for use with Stereo Bluetooth headsets. The unit also ships with 160MB of internal memory, for added memory you can also use a Memory Stick Micro card.
While the Sony Ericsson G700 may use a Symbian UIQ the actual user screens are more simplified and actually look more like a standard Sony Ericsson phone than a standard smartphone.
