Verizon to Launch LG Dare on June 26th?

Is it just me or is everyone trying to take out the iPhone at all costs? We’ve seen today Sprint’s Samsung Instinct going on sale and it appears Verizon isn’t going to stand there and simple take all this in. LG Dare is rumored to be launched on June 26th. LG’s Decoy and Chocolate 3 are also arriving from Verizon sometime soon.

LG Dare looks like a promising device to me and let me remind you some if what it has to offer:

• 3G radio,
• VCAST,
• VZ Navigator,
• 3.2 megapixel camera in tow,
• touchscreen,
• VGA video recording,
• HTML Browser,
• 3.5mm headset jack,
• handwriting recognition,
• Bluetooth 2.0,
• EVDO Rev A,
• microUSB, and microSDHC (8GB),
• a light sensor,
• proximity sensor.

I only wonder how much all this costs. I guess we will find out more Thursday, June 26th when online sales should be available from Verzion. As for in-store and telephone sales, they will start July 3rd.
