Samsung Shows Off J800 Luxe And L700 Cell Phones

The Singapore Telecommunications Exhibition this week has produced two new devices from Samsung, the J800 Luxe Slider Phone and the L700. Both devices are mid-range cell phones, and both units feature pretty much the same features while offering two different styles of phone.

The J800 Luxe (Pictured To The Right) is a slider phone that offers a 2.2 inch display with 176 x 200 pixels of resolution. The device also features a 2 mega pixel camera and FM receiver, along with A2DP support for Bluetooth Stereo listening. The unit also features a MicroSD card slot for expanding the devices memory reach.

The next cell phone the Samsung L700 comes in a candybar style and offers pretty much the exacpt same features. The screen on the L700 however is 2.1 inches instead of 2.2 inches and features HSDPA high speed internet access. The L700 will come in Pink, Gold and Silver colors.

Samsung didn't release pricing or even estimated release dates for either of the phones when they were shows at the conference.
