Task Manager 3.1 for Pocket PC

We’ve seen at few task managers applications for Pocket PC and other Windows Mobile handsets. Today we’re looking at Task Manager. Quite the original name there! Especially as it has a lot more to offer than simply managing tasks. You get to play with more useful tools which were added since their first version.

With Task Manager you can check out CPU usage and manage applications. You have the option of managing the device itself if you’re running Task Manager on a Windows Mobile 2005 or above Pocket PC. And you can manage your Windows Mobile too. You have utilities like IP Config, Ping or Net Status, and you can fully work on your registry as long as you know what you are doing.

Don’t get me wrong, this is quite a simple and useful application, but unless you know your way around Windows Mobile, you won’t be able to take full advantage of what it has to offer.
