T-Mobile Launches 3G Network Starting October 1st One thing missing from T-Mobile’s offer in the USA is proper 3G coverage. T-Mobile is apparently working hardly on that, or that’s what rumors say. For now T-Mobile is offering full voice and data 3G coverage to those lucky subscribers in the New York area. But if we are to believe the latest rumors, T-Mobile is going to launch their 3G network in more US markets starting with October 1st.

T-Mobile is apparently working on 27 new markets. Those must be important cities and metropolitan areas but despite this entire buzz, there’s no official announcement yet. I am sure there are at least a few million interested subscribers in T-Mobile’s 3G network. And T-Mobile knows it. They also know they must be loosing quite a few customers over the whole 3G coverage thing. Therefore there must be some truth in all those rumors and we should expect them to be confirmed in the near future.
