Windows Mobile 6.1 Upgrade for Samsung i760 If you currently own a Samsung i760 device from Verizon Wireless in the USA, you can simply upgrade your current Windows Mobile version to 6.1. Samsung has announced it earlier and now it’s here.

The Windows Mobile 6.1 upgrade will offer Samsung i760 owners all the perks of the latest Windows Mobile version. There’s threaded messaging, certain bugfixes and some unspecified changes. This is the first upgrade to 6.1 for Verizon Wireless customers and more models are said to receive the much awaited upgrade later this quarter. If you have a Verizon smartphone make sure you check with them to see when your model is going to be upgraded to Windows Mobile 6.1. For now, the next smartphones in line are the LG XV6800 and XV6900.
