Samsung i740 Now Available

Not a Nokia fan? Hate the E71? Not interested in the N96? Well why not try a new Samsung smartphone. The new i740 is available now for purchase. You’d have to be closer to Ukraine where they say this Samsung is available now.

The i740 is a quite capable phone. It comes with Windows Mobile 6.1 installed. There a 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus and a 2.8 inch QVGA screen. There’s GPS, USB and Bluetooth connectivity. There’s an FM radio and a microSD slot. There doesn’t appear to be any 3G support.

All that will come for a full price of $450. That’s a lot of money but hopefully you will get it a lot cheaper with a competitive plan. That’s of course when it will hit your country. And in case you change your mind, there's always the Omnia arriving soon.
