Freeware: TapTapSMS v0.31 Offers One Handed SMS Messaing

Many Smartphone users gush about their ability to use one handed navigation on their devices, in fact that's part of the reason Smartphone devices have become so popular. Now Pocket PC users have a little more freedom to implement one handed use. Thanks to TapTapSMS v0.31 Pocket PC users can now type one handed SMS messages with relative ease.

TapTapSMS is set up so SMS messaging requires only 6 keys. The first 4 keys feature 6 letters each while last 2 keys feature the final several letters of the alphabet and popular icons such as ?, !, *, etc.

Here's a great addition, when you click on one of the letter buttons a large group of those buttons display on the screen you then choose your letters and move on to your next selection, because the letters display in larger fashion it makes typing out messages easier than ever.

My favorite part of this application is that the buttons are very large, making it easy to press on buttons with just your thumb, which is the whole point of the application.

The interface does take a while to get use to but once you start to get a hang of it, it really does make SMS easier to digest, not to mention on a touch screen with no keypad its much easier to use than the standard keyboard options.

Overall very easy to install, and recommended if you have the patience to learn the program.
