Klaxon for Windows Mobile

Well do you want a new alarm clock for your Windows Mobile handset? What about a new alarm that would take advantage of your brand new smartphone’s accelerometer? Sure there aren’t that many Windows Mobile smartphones with an accelerometer included but I am sure more are going to arrive soon.

Klaxon is the application I am talking about. It’s available for download but not quite finished based on what the author has to say about it: ”I mentioned a post ago that I was working on this. Well it's getting close to completion, and wanted to provide people something to give some feedback on. Right now the finishing touches are in the artwork. Beyond the first screen, the buttons and artwork are really ugly!”
Klaxon is said to be really easy to use. It’s similar to the Clocks and Alarms applications. The G-Sensor will act differently according to your moves. Flipping your phone over will make it work while shaking it will turn off the alarm. Make sure you don’t dropping while still sleeping and you’re all set for a fresh morning.
Here’s what still needs to be worked on:

• Artwork
• Turning off the alarm if the light comes on in the room
• Turning on the phone light for 15 seconds, so you have a chance to turn off the alarm before it goes off.

Waiting for the final version, but Klaxon seems to have all it takes to become a hit download.
