The Nokia N85 is approved by the FCC already. The phone comes in two versions, one with 3G support for Europe and the USA while the other seems made for China as it doesnt have any 3G support.
The Nokia N85 has quad band GSM 850/900/1800/1900 and WCDMA 1900/850/2100. The two models are the RM-333 with 3G support and the RM-335 without 3G support. Quadband EDGE is available for both models.
The Nokia N85 has a 5 megapixels camera, WiFi, GPS and photo geotagging. The second camera will offer you video calls to remember. The WQVGA screen is smaller than the N95s but it will surely meet up your expectations.
All you have to do know is wait for prices and carrier plans for the USA since the FCC approved the phone.
