Well Pigeon! is a freeware application for Pocket PC which brings a touch finger friendly interface to enhance your ICQ experience.

Simply use your finger to navigate though you contacts and previous conversations. Pigeon! will run on a 200MHz processor using just 500Kb of RAM and it will support extras like downloadable color themes and smiley packs.
