Google Launches Mobile Search with My Location for Windows Mobile

After launching Google Gears, a plugin for Internet Explorer for Windows Mobile, Google is ready to launch Mobile Search with My Location for Windows Mobile. This plugin will enhance your search experience giving you accurate results to your inquiries.

Going to Google.com for various searches from your Windows Mobile phone is simple enough. Until now you would have received results based on the last location you entered. Now, with the help of Google Gears Geolocation API, Search with My Location will approximate your location by using the same Cell ID technology used by Google Maps for mobile.

Going to the movies, taking your family out to dinner, getting a baby-sitter, buying a new car, and more will be easier once you install the plugin on your Windows Mobile device.
