Batti is a small but very effective battery manager. It's highly configurable and also can send a predefined sound alert when your battery is going down. One of the best things is that you can set a custom low and critical levels. Batti can show detailed information about your battery such as temperature, voltage, chemistry and some information about your backup battery as well plus that it is VGA ready and can be used on the new generation Windows Mobile devices.
