I find that mobile applications that try to measure the overall alcohol consumption are just a little bit exaggerated. Not that the general principle behind them would not work. The whole program will work if the person using it is sober enough right? After a certain number of drinks I bet you won't be able to remember where your cell phone is, let alone figuring out if it's safe for you to drive using this Windows Mobile application.
From the screenshots I have seen so far, the application comes in French. Hopefully there's English support for it too. Since it's a freeware application, you should try it just for kicks. See what the alcohol concentration in your blood could be if you were to drink certain quantities of certain types of alcohol. And check out when it would be safer to drive. But as I said yesterday when talking about a similar application, don't drink and drive folks.
