Microsoft and LG seem interested in their joint mobile future. Yong Nam, Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of LG Electronics and Steve Ballmer, Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to form strategic collaboration in Mobile Convergence.
Does that mean we will get better LG smartphones powered by the upcoming Windows Mobile 7? We're betting our money on that. The agreement will ensure strategic collaboration in R&D, marketing, applications and services. We've kind of figured all that. We'd like to see some clear joint future projects, whether we're talking about smartphones or Windows Mobile applications. What would you ask from Microsoft and LG?
