How it works? After installing Bluetooth extension mentioned below you need to do the following steps to get stereo audio working in your HTC Magician:

Firstly you need to search for Bluetooth devices with stereo audio support:



On image above you can see that Motorola HT820 stereo Bluetooth headset and Motorola DC800 stereo Bluetooth transmitter are listed . The Motorola DC800 makes it possible to stream audio from your Windows Mobile phone to Motorola DC800 wirelessly, and later through cable between DC800 and amplifier - to your Hi-Fi equipment ! Since Bluetooth stereo headset is more mobile and provides also possibility to make phone calls, we connect to the Motorola HT820:



As it is with all Bluetooth devices, before using them, you need to pair them. In other words: select the device and enter a passkey (which is "0000" in case of Motorola HT820) - as you can see on image above. When you enter the proper passkey you can now assign your own name to the headset (the original headset name can't be changed but if you have more than one headset of the same model you can assign various names to distinguish them):



Of course you can use your Bluetooth headset for stereo audio as regular mobile phone headset for making phone calls:



After pairing don't forget to activate "Stream audio to headset" setting in the Bluetooth settings:



Now you can play stereo audio over Bluetooth ! To do it just tap "headset icon" in the title bar and select sub-icon for streaming (the green icon in the first image above).
