Hooray for China, an Android device has jumped over the Great Wall without fear and silently slid its way into TechFaith Wireless for invasion purposes.

QIGI is the manufacture of this latest Android model that goes by the name i6-Goal, from what I gather it'll be a meaty phone on the inside, sadly there is no leaked images to tell if it would look like the ugly G1 that gives me nightmares every time I spot it on the internet.

We are proud to launch the first Android-powered mobile phone in China. The QIGI i6-Goal has amazing potential in China because it is not only for making phone calls; it also provides mobile Web access to China's growing customer base. In addition, the launch of i6-Goal is a great example of the success of our strategic alliance with QIGI and its ability to quickly launch products onto the market.

The i6-Goal sports a 624MHz CPU, GPS, WiFi, 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, 2.8" Touchscreen and integrated web access to Gmail, Youtube, and Gtalk. There is no 3G capability in here so some of you reading may not even want to think about this phone anymore, too bad.

So now the i6-Goal is launched you maybe wondering when will it be available for purchase and what is the price point like? I dunno unfortunately, hopefully information such as that get released to the media very soon rather than later.
