Multimedia player Kinoma Play is now updated to provide full resolution user interface and better touchability on Windows Mobile smartphones.

This means that users of HTC Touch Diamond and Sony Ericsson Experia will have sharper text and graphics when they use Kinoma Play. Display-related improvements also results in faster rendering of PNG and GIF file.

Other benefits from this upgrade include: more accurate and consistent touch interactions, faster search and browse functions over YouTube, reliable use of Google Video, display of song information in the playlists, and an improved orientation sensor to work on all variants of the HTC Touch Diamond and HTC Touch Pro.

Kinoma Play also boasts improved network detection.

The program, which supports smartphones powered by Windows Mobile 5 and more updated WM versions, costs $29.99. Free trial is also available.
