CalSyncS60 v0.3.3 for Symbian

Now that we’ve seen the N97, the new flagship phone of the Finnish manufacturer I am considering switching sides. The new N-series seems to have everything we wanted from the competition. Besides maybe those 10,000 applications. On the other hand The Symbian Foundation will grow in the near future, all the more reason to pick a N97 when it will be unleashed to the world. So on a Symbian smartphone I would need lots of Symbian applications to play nice with it. Let’s take a look at CalSyncS60 v0.3.3is an app which will get you two-way synchronization between the smartphone and Google Calendar.

That seems like a very useful thing to use. Add appointments in your Calendar and get them on your phone’s calendar. Isn’t that cool? The application is in beta right now so make sure you will backup your calendar before you install CalSyncS60.

The application will support standard appointments, all-day event, alerts and recurring events. You can schedule syncs or let it do its job every two hours like it’s supposed to. Download CalSyncS60
