Phones from Asia never cease to amaze me on a number of factors, how great it is, how sleek it is, and how dumb of an idea it is, lets see what category the iRiver Wave Phone falls under.

iRiver WavePhone

Korean company Reingncom has released a neat looking phone 2 days ago that screams GEEK ALERT but guess what? I like it. The iRiver WavePhone that is what it's call, is a sleek looking phone for the Korean market only, it features a sweet looking 3 inch WQVGA screen with a 480x272 resolution, SRS WOW HD, music and video playback, Flash 2.0, Wi-fi, and a 4GB internal memory.

This badboy has a nice looking design, very simple on the eyes, the screen is touchable, it has a graphic user interface, not sure how responsive it is yet though, may never find out. Another good thing about the WavePhone is the electronic which offers hand writing recognition features so this should bode well for people who uses the text messaging feature quite often.

iRiver WavePhone

The WavePhone will never fin a following outside Asia but that doesn't mean it's a sucky phone, nonetheless, even though I may like the iRiver WavePhone, I would rather invest in a Nokia N96 for xmas, whenever I can live to afford it that is.
