The world's second Google Android-powered smartphone has arrived. Its called the Agora and its available in two variants in Australia and the US.

Kogan's Agora Pro

Made by Australian company Kogan, the new smartphone is now available -- unlocked -- AUD$299 or $193.

The Agora has a high end version, the Agora Pro. Only the Agora Pro has the camera, WIFI and GPS.

Expect no problem roaming because the Agora is quad-band (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz) and serves all 3G/HSDPA bands (850, 1900, 2100 MHz) as well.

The Agora and Agora Pro are now on pre-sale at the Kogan website for delivery in January.
