Skype 2.5 Beta for Windows Mobile Beta is out and ready for download, it doesn't appear as if it is anything special to write home about though.

Skype for mobile is one of the many VOIP applications out there, but unlike its bigger brother on the desktop, it's not the best on mobile unfortunately for them. This new Beta release is expected to solve some of the problems of its predecessors, such as more stability, sound quality is more improved, the UI looks allot more like the original and that's about it.

Since this is Beta software I won't come down too hard on it, but you'd expect more from it nonetheless. Here is hoping the full version brings along with it many more improvements, but why am I having this dreaded feeling that it won't? Anyway you can download Skype 2.5 Beta right here
