This is great news for Android, if Sony Ericsson and HTC can live up to this then expect other big name manufactures to follow the leader with a device of their own.

The big boys are all but confirming Android handsets for the new year which is next year 2009 if you have some form of brain disorder. Garfield Brusewitz a Sony Ericsson Spokesman said a few days ago that they, Sony Ericsson, would release high-end models of Android handsets next year, note Mr Brusewitz said models, sweeeet.

Not to be left out done by all this, HTC the first manufacture to grace us with an Android handset known as the G1 has also come on board to release more handsets next year, after the success of the G1 I'd like to think we didn't need a confirmation of another HTC Android phone. According to HTC, they will launch one or more Android handsets next year, the aim is to have these sexy devils on shelves by summer, we can't wait.

It's possible we could see one or two of these unannounced Android handsets at CES-2009, frankly I'm more into what Asus is up to so hopefully they do their coming out party at CES.
