Neo Reader is a freeware application for Symbian devices which will let you scan barcodes. It might just be that cool application you were waiting for. Neo Reader will let you scan all the standard code types: Data Matrix, QR codes, Aztec Codes, EAN, UPC, and Code 128. That means you won’t have to combine it with any other software to be able to scan absolutely everything.

New Reader will let you scan codes from practically anything: publications, packages, billboards and broadcast media. How does it work? Point your camera towards those codes and shoot the pictures.
