Vyke Communications has released a beta version of a Mobile VoIP software and service for Blackberry devices using RIM software.

Currently, Vyke offers mobile VOIP to Symbian and Windows Mobile users.

Vyke's mobile VOIP solution for the Blackberry though is said to be unique as it uses a variation of VoIP which enables users to make VoIP calls over the Vyke network at any time their phone has GSM coverage, not only when the phone is in range of Wi-Fi or 3G mobile data coverage.

The software supports most Blackberry devices dating back as far as 2003.
