Palm unveiled today in Las Vegas a new operating system dubbed "webOS" and its first smartphone with a slide-out keyboard called "pre".

  • GPS-capable
  • WIFI and EVDO for internet
  • Bluetooth and microUSB connectivity options
  • Storage size: 8GB
  • Touchscreen, multi-touch display: 3.1 inches (320 x 480)
  • Volume rockers on the side. 3-megapixel camera with led flash
  • Removable battery
  • 3.5-mm headset jack.
