The iPhone biggest problem is the tight control over what type of applications can feature in the app store to be downloaded, it seems that is nearing an end.

Apple iPhone

New in the iPhone App Store are things you may never expect, these things are 3 new web browsers based on the webkit rendering engine, the same engine Safari uses. These browsers may have been put up their by mistake and could be removed anytime soon, nothing is a surety when it comes to Apple and their over the top restrictoions. It could also means that the upcoming competition from the Palm Pre and the drones of Android mobile phones and devices on the horizon has forced Apple to rethink its strategy, just have to wait and see.

In all there are four browsers, let's take a closer look at what these browser offer:

Incognito: This browser allows you to browse anonymously, no trace of your browsing history is saved, price $1.99
Shaking Web: This browser adds some type of algorithm that allows for easier reading, price $1.99
WebMate Tabbed Browser: This browser will queue all the links when clicked on, when ready you can view the pages one by one, price $0.99
Edge Browser: This browser takes up the whole screen real estate on the iPhone, no stupid borders like what is found in Safari, price FREE.

These browsers will also work on the iPod Touch so go get them before they disappear in thin air, hopefully not
