Teksoft FingerTouch Pro is one of the coolest and maybe most useful keyboards released for windows mobile platform. It is a replacement for the default WM5 or WM6 keyboard you have preinstalled. Teksoft just sent me the registration key and the first thing I need to do is to register the program, I need to go to start/settings/input, select Fingertouch Pro from the dropdown menu and select options/register and input my registration code. Now it's a full-featured program and it is ready for testing.

From the Fingertouch options menu you may set up the program with various options. They include customization of your theme (Fonts, Size, Skins and Color of the text), the layout (it can be used for resizing you keyboard or drag&drop keys wherever you want). You have also options to use the magnifier for easier text input, the fT9, a replacement of T9 text inputing method with own dicionary, or control the keyboard with gestures. Next in the options menu is Ultra Kb. It gives you the option to set up a predefind action and trigger for it, with which you can dial numbers, execute files, rotate screen, etc in just a moment. The last options are about the keyboard speed and the default input keyboard and language for it.

I tested FingerTouch Pro in my notes application and when i started it for the first time the default keyboard layout was KB5, and like you can guess from the name there are KB4, KB3, KB2 and KB1. KB5 has two letters on a button and when it is pressed the magnifier pops up and lets you choose which one of the letters you want to input. It has all the needed CTRL, CAPS, SHIFT, TAB, LFT, RGT, UP, Down and Function ON/OFF buttons, which you most probably will not find on any other keyboard.

KB1 is the most relevant to the default WM5 and WM6 keyboard. It is qwerty and the keys are a bit larger the the default ones.

KB2 has few larger keys made for convinient finger experince, but when you start typing it is a little confusing. It works like a predictive text function and sometimes and pops up a word i have no idea why is there

KB3 is a lot more comfortable for me personaly. It reminds of a mobile phone keyboard, but with added Symbols on the right.

KB4 can without thinking be called a calculator keyboard. It is only for numbers input and when you tap out the number, it comes up in the pane at the top left, where you can make mathematical tasks with it. After one more tapping on the pane and it inputs it into the text.
