Samsung is wants more content for its mobile business and thus it has released the Samsung Innovator Windows Mobile SDK program. Announced at the Mobile World Congress, the program is destined for Java and Windows Mobile developers who are ready to come up with new applications for Samsung handsets.
Samsung Mobile Innovator will provide developers with tools and technical content and support for creating those apps that will work on Samsung's handsets.
