It appears that it will work with most newer Pocket PC phones and Pocket PCs with WiFi. I'm not sure how accurate the press release is, though they claimed support for Windows Mobile 4 (does that even exist) and Windows Mobile for Smartphone (but didn't mention any Smartphones, only Pocket PC phones like the Palm Treo 700w, Motorola Q, Samsung i730 and UTStarcom PPC6700). Windows Mobile 2003 support wasn't listed.

SlingPlayer Mobile should be available this quarter. Pricing and distribution will be announced when the software is available (which means it might not be a free download).
