An Engineer at Google who goes by the name T.V Raman, has created a talking dialer application for Android that really works. This app is mostly touchy feely so a blind person is no longer restricted to handsets with a physical dialer. Once the application is launched, all one needs to do is touch the screen and a dialer will appear, touch a number and a confirmation sound will be made along with the name of the number being said aloud. It's really cool from my position so say what you think about the Talking Dialer for Android, and did I mention T.V Raman is blind?

Totally useless... Well, really: get past the first "wow", and just think a second: why a blind person would end with a device that is mostly screen in his/her hands ??? A classic phone with a keyboard is much more adapted. Therefore: totally useless.
