A company from Taiwan called Elan Microelectonics is suing Apple for allegedly infringing on 2 of its Multi-Touch patents for the iPhone, iPod Touch, and MacBook. Not only are they suing but they have what appears to be substantial evidence to back up their claim. What they have is Multi-Touch running smoothly on a Android handset so Elan Microelectronics should get their way Apple would be in a big pile of feces, good stuff isn't it.
