Windows Marketplace for Mobile Not Available in All Countries We have more news about Microsoft's Marketplace and it's not only good news guys! It looks like the store won't be available to anyone anywhere. And we do mean developers of course.

At this point registration is open to English language markets in the following countries: US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Singapore and India. Why would Microsoft do such a thing? Especially considering that Apple, Google and RIM, which already operate similar App Stores, have a different policy than Microsoft? Any angry developers out there care to comment? Why not allow anyone anywhere with a great app idea to create one? Hopefully that whole policy will change soon and every developer out there with Windows Mobile 6.5 in mind will be able to sell applications from the Marketplace.
