Andy Rubin, Google senior director for mobile platforms, stated that we should expect at least 18 Google Android handsets this year alone, that does not include the manufactures who will release their Android handsets without working with Google. In reality we could see near 30 Android phones popping up in almost every country around the world. It's always good to see Android getting the support it deserves, with Google at the helm, this mobile OS will do great things so MS better watch their back end and push Windows Mobile 7 quickly out the door before the Android lead Armageddon.
