If Nokia should really go ahead and support Android on Netbooks then this move would be a direct blow to the Symbian Foundation, so my guess is Nokia has plans for a Symbian based Netbook not Android. Stranger things has happened by the way, if Nokia really plans to show some support to Android then might as well they kiss Symbian goodbye and move on, after all, Android appears to be better than the new open source Symbian by a mile and half.
The Netbook should feature a ARM chip and be sold buy Carriers, the best thing out of all is the ability to make phone calls from said Netbook, let's see how well that works out.
