Some snuffy little 15yr old girl fell into an open manhole filled with sewer water, the only injuries she received were some scrapes on her back and shoulders, she also lost a shoe in the process. So what caused all this commotion? She was walking while texting God knows who, so deep she was into whoever she was texting that she didn't even see the manhole in front of her. The family is said to be planning to sue for mental and physical injuries to their daughter due to the fact there were no cones near the manhole to prevent accidents.
