Now here is something awesome, all the Windows Mobile lovers who fell in love with the HTC HD handset would be sad to know that the next version will run Android instead.

For the Android folks on the other hand, they will be jumping in glee as the HTC HD 2 is all about Android and nothing else, this handset will surely be a blast don't you think? So far the only specs known about the device is the 3.8 inch touch display and the 628MHz processor, to bad HTC has yet to mention anything regarding the release date, but I expect it to be sometime this year so look out for that.
